RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For most products, you will have a 28 day period to notify the seller if you want to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you received the jewellery you have ordered. This applies to only to goods which are cancelable see below a guide to what you can and can’t cancel.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER, OR RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM

Firstly contact the seller to let them know that you would like to cancel the order, or return or exchange a product by either:

a. outlining this to the seller directly by signing in to your account, clicking on the sign in at the top of the page, clicking ‘my orders’ within this menu, then pick the order you want to return and then clicking on ‘contact the seller’ where you can upload this information; OR

b. filling in the cancellation form available here and emailing the completd form to INFO@BUYMYJEWELLERY.COM with your name and your number specified in the subject line.

If already received, package the item up and send it back to the seller within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we would recommend using a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the product.

As the seller’s payment agent, we will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than:

a. 14 days after the day the product is received by the seller; or

b. if earlier, 14 days after the date yu provide evidence that you have returned the product to the seller; or

c. if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed the seller or us (via Step 1 above) about your decision to cancel your order.

Please don’t throw away or destroy any product, even if it’s faulty, speaking to the seller and agreeing that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Please note that you will be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).

WHAT YOU CAN’T SEND BACK

Unfortunately, some items are  non-refundable and can’t be cancelled:

Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by the seller to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element

Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings) where the seal is broken.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether the item is cancelable or non-cancelable before order.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

All cancellable goods purchased between 1 November and 22 December 2015 (inclusive) can be returned in their original condition at any time before 19 January 2016. For all items purchased on 23 December 2015 or after, the 28-day returns policy applies.

Select the orders you wish to return
Click contact the seller where you can attach this form.

RECEIVED YOUR ORDER BUT WISH TO RETURN IT?

Just check with the seller that you’re able to cancel your order see above (how to contact the seller). Or take a look at the returns policy on our website. Once they have confirmed you are eligible for a refund simply
complete this form and return it along with your order.
